We encourage our customer recruiter to use the free offer [If available] to try our system before purchasing any relevant package. By using SmartlyHR.com Services you agree that payments made on the Website are not refundable under any circumstances except for the below “Money Refund” related policies / conditions.
Money Refund policies applies only for failed job posting under the following conditions:
- - Recruiter have posted job using SmartlyHR.com website and have paid / bought the relevant package.
- - Recruiters cannot request for money / refund for FREE Job Posting on SmartlyHR.com which might be offered time to time basis.
- - Once the Job is posted on Partner Job Portals, No Money will be refunded nor any such claims will be entertained.
- - Refund request will be entertained “only” when the Job posting is not propagated to Vendor Job Portals
- - SmartlyHR.com will not be liable for Money refund if payments failed due to Payment Service providers / User related errors
- - SmartlyHR.com is not liable for any refund for Recruiter related error while job posting
- - SmartlyHR.com provides lot of “easy to use” options with an intention of making Recruiter hiring process easier therefore Recruiter should check and apply changes before using the same. SmartlyHR.com is not liable for any Recruiters related errors or mistakes
- - Any applicable refund will be provided only after a deduction of 10% – 15% service charge
- - Any Government related charges / taxes once paid will not be refunded
- - Money refund process will only be initiated between 24 – 48 hours based on the above agreed conditions
- Recruiters are advised to read the conditions before buying the package or posting a job
