- To evaluate and assess product documentation and technical specifications for compliance with the Uganda Pre-Export Verification of Conformity (PVOC), Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), and Saudi Arabia's SABER (Saudi Product Safety Program) regulations. - To ensure that products meet the necessary standards and requirements before they can be imported or distributed in Uganda and Saudi Arabia. - Thoroughly examine product documentation, including test reports, certificates, and technical specifications, to ensure compliance with Uganda PVOC, SFDA, and Saber regulations. - Assess the quality and reliability of product samples, ensuring they meet the required specifications and safety standards. - Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external testing laboratories to resolve any compliance-related issues or discrepancies. - Prepare detailed and accurate reports summarizing the findings of the technical review process, including recommendations for improvement or corrective actions. - Keep abreast of the latest regulatory updates, standards, and industry best practices related to Uganda PVOC, SFDA, and Saber requirements. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical review process, suggesting enhancements and implementing streamlined approaches where applicable. - Regular report of status, problem and solution weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually. - Contribute to company and groups plan proposal. - Evaluate teams cost and coefficient rate to plan for budget, members and cost control. - Assign suitable tasks and coach team members in sales skills and process to achieve good rate of conversion. - Document Check Prior Submission. - Help with Documentation if and when needed.
