We are looking for a candidate with a strong hold in base and advanced SAS programing (advance sql, macros, loops, etc.) with sound knowledge of economics and econometrics/statistical concepts - Substantial experience in programming skills in SAS - Excellent attention to detail for flagging issues and key observations in data - Good knowledge of microeconomic, statistics, and econometrics concepts - Ability to present statistical results in clear and concise manner - Ability to work independently with data and devise efficient methods of handling large data and undertake analysis - Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint - Knowledge of Stata/Python/R/SQL would be an added advantage - Can work efficiently under tight deadlines with high level of accuracy - Team player and ability to meet short- and long-term goals with flexible working hours - Ability to quickly adapt to other statistical tool, if required - Proven record of the highest ethical standards is non-negotiable
