The ideal candidate will be an experienced Sales & business development professional with proven ability to independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure. Associating with management team and develop South Asia market commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives. Collaborating with the management team to identify new business opportunity/new sales channels in South Asia region. Implement business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control. Establish the network relationship with relevant government departments or companies in South Asia Region. Develop tender business
At least 3-5 years of sales operation, business development in TIC industry, trading business or international purchasing business on Oil & Gas Infrastructure, Machines, Food & Agriculture, or government conformity certificate. TIC industry will be preferred. Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization. A successful track record of personal sales performance. Familiar with tender project process. Excellent listening, writing and communication skills Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives. Aggressive, determined and self-motivated. Travel is required. English language is mandatory.
